The BDSNM Family Foundation can provide support in the form of counseling and some limited financial assistance to low income single head of household families with two or more children up to seventeen years of age. The financial assistance is available in the form of a one time grant for Food, Medical or housing costs. Applications and instructions for completing the applications are available on the "Applications" Page of this website. Currently we are accepting applications for the 2010 time frame since requests must be submitted a minimum of thirty days in advance of the actual need. Applications will be competitively evaluated for award based on financial conditions and need. Full financial disclosure is required for consideration. All information submitted will be treated confidentially. |
